I am an Assistant Professor of International Relations at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou, China. Things I post on this website are either writings on my obscure intellectual interests that I do not feel qualified enough to publish them as academic papers, or some ideas I have had but yet to know how to articulate them as a full article.
